LIFE Church exists to make much of Jesus. Where people are brought to LIFE through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, the Word of God, and the moving of the Holy Spirit. We are focused on Kingdom Culture with a heavenly Jesus filled agenda. We desire to see people truly set free and made whole and new through Jesus Christ.
There's a Place for You Here!
From children and youth to adults and families, there is a place for you to belong and grow.
Our ministries bring people together through Bible study, discipleship, fellowship, and service so that every person can be encouraged, equipped, connected, and grow in Christ.
STATEMENT OF FAITH
1. Authority of the Holy Scriptures
Life Church believes that the Holy Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the final rule and standard for faith, doctrine, and conduct. The Scriptures bear witness to the person and work of Jesus Christ and guide the Church in teaching, correction, and instruction in righteousness. The early Church devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, demonstrating the central authority of the Word of God in the life of believers.
2. Jesus Christ
Life Church believes that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God who became fully human while remaining fully divine. He lived a sinless life, performed mighty works and miracles, proclaimed the Kingdom of God, and fulfilled the will of the Father in accordance with the Scriptures and the prophecies concerning Him. He died on the cross for the forgiveness of sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day, assuring believers of His promised second coming. After His resurrection, He appeared to His disciples and ascended into heaven, where He is exalted at the right hand of God as Lord and Savior.
3. Salvation Through Jesus Christ
Life Church believes that salvation is a gift of God’s grace made available through the redemptive work of Jesus Christ. All people are called to repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins. Those who receive Him by faith are justified, forgiven, and granted new life. Salvation cannot be earned by human effort but is received through faith in Christ alone.
4. The Holy Spirit
Life Church believes that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity who convicts the world of sin, regenerates those who believe in Christ, and indwells every believer. The Holy Spirit empowers believers for holy living, spiritual growth, bold witness, and effective ministry. As seen in the early Church, the Holy Spirit equips the people of God with spiritual gifts and guidance for the advancement of the Gospel.
5. The Church and Its Mission
Life Church believes that the Church is the body of Christ composed of all believers who have been redeemed through faith in Jesus Christ. The Church exists to glorify God through worship, fellowship, teaching of the Word, prayer, and the proclamation of the Gospel. Following the pattern of the early Church, believers are called to devote themselves to the apostles’ teaching, fellowship, the breaking of bread, and prayer. The Church is commissioned by Christ to make disciples of all nations and to bear witness to the Gospel to the ends of the earth.
6. The Return of Christ and Final Judgment
Life Church believes in the personal and visible return of the Lord Jesus Christ, who will come again in glory as promised. At His return, there will be the resurrection of the dead and the final judgment of all people. Those who belong to Christ will enter eternal life in the presence of God, while God’s justice will be fully revealed in the final judgment.
